Terms governing use of ZECOIN
These Terms govern access to and use of ZECOIN. They must be read together with the Subscription & Sales Terms, Privacy Policy and Crypto Risk Disclosure where applicable.
Operator and acceptance
ZECOIN is operated by Veridian Capital Partners LLC. By using an account or a paid feature, you agree to these Terms and to any mandatory disclosures presented during signup or checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the affected feature.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and complete security measures such as MFA when required. You must not share passwords or authentication codes. ZECOIN support will never ask for a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, password or MFA code.
Nature of ZECOIN
ZECOIN provides software, factual diagnostics, evidence surfaces, historical observations, alerts, educational content and decision-support tools. ZECOIN is not a wallet custodian, broker, exchange, investment manager or financial adviser, and it does not execute trades for you.
No investment recommendation or guarantee
Radar, Wallet Intelligence, Prediction Passport, Too Late AI, alerts and other ZECOIN outputs are informational. They do not constitute a buy, sell or hold recommendation, a promise of profit, a guarantee that an asset is safe, or a guarantee that fraud or loss will be prevented.
Data, evidence and availability
Crypto and market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or affected by third-party networks and providers. ZECOIN is designed to show provenance, timestamps, uncertainty and fail-closed states where supported, but no data source is guaranteed to be complete or uninterrupted.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use ZECOIN for lawful personal or business research within your plan limits. You may not abuse rate limits, bypass access controls, probe private systems without authorization, misuse another person's account, distribute malware, impersonate ZECOIN, use the service for fraud, or interfere with the service or other users.
Intellectual property and licence
ZECOIN and its software, branding, original interfaces, documentation and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, ZECOIN grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Third-party data and marks remain subject to their respective rights.
Paid features
Plan prices, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation, taxes, failed payments and statutory consumer rights are governed by the Subscription & Sales Terms and the disclosures shown before checkout. Payment never permits a customer, creator or partner to alter or suppress an independent Radar diagnostic.
Suspension and termination
ZECOIN may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, material breach, non-payment or protection of the service. Where applicable, mandatory consumer rights and rights relating to already-paid periods remain unaffected.
Third-party services
Some ZECOIN functions depend on third-party infrastructure, blockchains, data providers, authentication and payment services. ZECOIN is not responsible for third-party services beyond the responsibility that applicable law requires ZECOIN to retain.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZECOIN is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness of third-party data, investment outcome or absolute security. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
Mandatory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the law that applies to you are not waived by these Terms. A contractual choice of law or forum does not deprive you of protections that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Governing law
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. For consumers, this clause does not remove mandatory protections available in the country of habitual residence or any forum rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
ZECOIN may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions or legal notices may be sent to contact@zecoinart.com or through the Support Center.
