Billing, renewal, cancellation and customer rights
These Subscription & Sales Terms apply to paid ZECOIN plans and other paid digital access sold directly by ZECOIN. The exact product, price, currency and billing interval shown immediately before purchase form part of the transaction.
Current subscription plans
Current standard pricing is Explorer free; Radar+ €9.90/month or €99/year; ZECOIN Pro €19.90/month or €199/year; Creator Lab €29.90/month or €299/year. The checkout page controls if a later duly-disclosed price change or supported local currency applies.
Billing and payment provider
Card and supported wallet-based payment methods are processed through Stripe where enabled. ZECOIN does not receive your full payment-card credentials. Taxes or similar charges may be added or handled according to the transaction, customer location and applicable law.
Automatic renewal
A recurring monthly or annual subscription renews automatically at the interval disclosed before checkout until cancelled, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. The renewal price and billing interval must be disclosed before purchase and material price changes will be communicated where required by law.
Cancellation
You may manage and cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the billing self-service flow. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, paid access remains active until that period ends and the subscription does not renew after that date. Cancellation does not require contacting support.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, access may be restricted or end in accordance with the billing state and applicable law. ZECOIN will not treat a client-side success screen as proof of payment; paid entitlements depend on server-verified payment/subscription state.
Refunds and statutory rights
Any discretionary refund policy operates in addition to, not instead of, rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, refund or other remedies depending on their location and the digital service supplied. ZECOIN does not use a blanket 'no refunds' clause to override mandatory law.
EU/EEA consumer protections
Where EU/EEA consumer law applies, pre-contract information and statutory rights are preserved. A consumer may have a statutory withdrawal period for a distance contract, subject to the legal rules and exceptions applicable to digital services. If the consumer expressly requests performance to begin during a withdrawal period, the legal consequences depend on the applicable requirements and disclosures; ZECOIN will not treat a right as waived unless the required legal conditions are satisfied.
United States customers
United States subscription and automatic-renewal rules may vary by state in addition to applicable federal law. ZECOIN's cancellation and disclosure flows are intended to remain clear and accessible, but these Terms do not replace any non-waivable state or federal consumer right.
Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes
Plan changes are applied according to the option and effective date shown in the billing flow. Any proration, immediate charge or future-period change must be presented by the payment flow before confirmation. Features remain subject to server-authoritative entitlements.
Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the checkout and jurisdiction. The amount shown for the transaction before payment is the amount the customer is asked to authorize, subject to any legally required tax treatment.
Promotions and passes
Promotional pricing, short-duration access such as Discovery Pass, or direct-crypto payment options apply only when they are actually enabled and explicitly disclosed in the relevant purchase flow. A planned or catalog-only payment method does not create a purchase right.
