PRIVACY POLICY

How ZECOIN handles personal data

This Privacy Policy describes the personal data processed to operate ZECOIN. The operator is Veridian Capital Partners LLC. ZECOIN aims to collect only what is reasonably necessary for authentication, security, service delivery, billing, support and lawful operations.

Effective date5 September 2026

Data you provide

Depending on the feature, ZECOIN may process account identifiers, email address, authentication state, subscription/billing references, support requests, preferences and information you intentionally submit to a product feature. Do not submit seed phrases, recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or MFA codes.

Wallet and blockchain data

Wallet Intelligence and related tools may process public blockchain addresses and public on-chain activity supplied by the user or retrieved from supported networks. ZECOIN does not require or store a wallet seed phrase or private key for factual wallet inspection.

Purposes

Data may be processed to authenticate users, enforce plan entitlements and quotas, provide requested features, secure accounts, prevent abuse, process payments, maintain factual history/watchlists/alerts where enabled, provide support, comply with law and improve service reliability.

Production service providers

ZECOIN currently relies on service providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for enabled payment/billing functions, Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure, and Neon for database infrastructure. Other providers are used only for the functions actually enabled, subject to applicable contracts and privacy requirements.

Analytics and consent

Non-essential analytics, advertising or similar storage should run only in accordance with the deployed consent controls and applicable law. Cookie and consent choices are separate from strictly necessary account, security and transaction processing.

Legal bases and regional rights

The legal basis for processing depends on context and jurisdiction and may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, or complaint to a supervisory authority where applicable.

Retention

ZECOIN retains personal data only for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, billing/accounting, support history, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Expired operational records should be deleted or anonymized where no longer needed.

International processing

Because ZECOIN and its providers may operate internationally, personal data may be processed outside the user's country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, ZECOIN and its providers must use an appropriate legal mechanism.

Security

ZECOIN uses technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, including authenticated server-side boundaries for private account data. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their devices and account credentials.

Privacy requests

Privacy questions and applicable rights requests may be sent to contact@zecoinart.com or through the ZECOIN Support Center. Telephone: +1 980 277 9178. We may need to verify the requester's identity before acting on an account-specific request.

CONVERSION ANALYTICS

How ZECOIN measures the conversion funnel

ZECOIN uses a first-party aggregate counter to understand whether public visitors reach Pricing and whether a real checkout session is created, without building a visitor profile.

Homepage and Pricing pageview counters are sent only when Cookiebot reports statistics consent. Without that consent, those pageviews are not written to the ZECOIN aggregate table.

The aggregate table stores only date, event name, locale, and—only for a checkout start—the selected plan, billing interval and currency plus a counter. It does not store IP addresses, visitor or account identifiers, email addresses, wallet addresses, raw referrers, UTM strings, card data, Stripe object IDs or authentication data.

A checkout-start counter is written server-side only after Stripe Checkout Session creation succeeds. It is an operational funnel count, not proof of payment, subscription or entitlement, and it is not used for personalized advertising.

Aggregate conversion rows are retained for 90 days and are purged by an authenticated Production retention job.

Read access is limited to ZECOIN's private server-side admin surface, protected by the existing admin role and recent MFA requirement. No public analytics read endpoint is exposed.

Because these records contain no visitor or account identifier, an individual pageview or checkout counter cannot be isolated for user-level export or deletion. Account, billing, support and other identifiable records remain subject to the rights and retention rules described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Access Pass — private usage

For accounts whose access actually comes from an Access Pass, we record account and pass references, a session reference, page categories, timestamps and approximate visible activity. This supports temporary access, security and support. Raw session and page records are deleted no later than 90 days after first observation. A recoverable code is encrypted at rest; admin reveal requires recent MFA and is audited. This tracking excludes Stripe subscribers, free users, admins and anonymous visitors. It stores no full URL, query, raw IP, raw User-Agent, GPS, device fingerprint, password, MFA code, seed phrase or private key. Duration is bounded and approximate, not exact time spent.
